Bearsted Woodland Trust (BWT) has been showcased in all its mid-summer bloom in a new aerial video – thanks to a village drone enthusiast.
Bearsted resident Mark Sheepwash was asked by BWT to use his drone camera to take some aerial photographs to highlight the changes the 28-acre site has undergone since its inception as a green space in 2004.
As well as producing a number of still pictures - which will be published in the next issue of BWT member newsletter The Woodlander - Mark also recorded a 3.15 minute video that he has now uploaded to his YouTube channel, known as ‘Sheep in the Sky’.
The birds-eye video view of BWT shows the award-winning green space’s mix of woodland and meadow which provides a natural habitat for animals and plants as well as a tranquil place of recreation for visitors.
